Eligibility

• Professionals with experience in real estate legal documentation
• Strong understanding of RERA and housing society procedures
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in legal drafting

Nature of Work

• Drafting and reviewing developer agreements and MOUs
• Preparing development agreements and handling society-related matters
• Coordinating for NOCs from builders and societies
• Managing documentation for Occupation Certificates (OC) and Commencement Certificates (CC)
• Staying up to date with latest developments in RERA and ensuring compliance
