About the Opportunity
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (PQE 0–2 years).

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong research and drafting skills. Prior experience in drafting writ petitions, written arguments, objections, rejoinders etc. are preferred.
• Prior litigation exposure will be an advantage.
• Preferable if the candidate has demonstrable experience or exposure in Insolvency & Bankruptcy law, Company law and some experience dealing with commercial disputes

Nature of Work

• Should be able to independently draft and finish assignments within the stipulated deadline
• Preferable if the candidate has some exposure in appearing before courts.

Stipend/Salary

As per industry standards.

Location

New Delhi.
