About the Opportunity
S.S. Rana & Co. is looking to hire Associate Advocate – Litigation IP for its Delhi Office.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM
- 1-3 years of experience
- Prior experience in commercial litigation, and knowledge of IPR
- Drafting of suit plaint, written statement, interim applications, written submissions, etc.
- Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi
- Open to travel to south Delhi and all district courts and Delhi high courts
- Coordination, communication and planning across attorney teams who are handling multiple client matters.
