About the Opportunity

T&S LAW is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, stickler for perfection, can follow Companies Act 2013 and passionate individual eager to gain practical experience in the Capital Market.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law student and Graduated Law students (for students in the 4th year or below, we have a separate Internship policy so please do not apply here)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in Capital Market
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Quick Grasper of Knowledge with practical implementation

Nature of Work

• Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting
• Assisting with IPR Due Diligence, Investment Chapters
• Legalities of Appointment of directors and other legalities as per Companies Act 2013
