Eligibility
1. Principal – 1 post
- Qualification – Ph.D. in Law (mandatory).
- Additional Requirement – NET/SLET qualification.
- Experience – Significant teaching experience in Law and proven administrative leadership in higher education.
- Skills – Strategic planning, people management, decision-making, communication, and networking
2. Assistant Professors – 4 posts
- Qualification– LL.M. in relevant specialization.
- Preference – Ph.D. in Law, NET/SLET qualification, prior teaching/research experience.
- Skills – Subject expertise, research aptitude, mentoring ability, classroom management, and strong communication skills.
Nature of Work
1.Principal
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
- Formulate and implement policies for effective academic delivery.
- Ensure compliance with university, BCI (Bar Council of India), and government regulations.
- Oversee curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student affairs.
- Foster research, innovation, and industry linkages.
- Represent the institution in academic and professional forums.
2. Assistant Professors
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate law courses in assigned specialization (Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Business Law).
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Guide students in research projects, moot courts, and internships.
- Participate in syllabus design, academic audits, and quality improvement activities.
- Engage in research, publishing, and attending conferences.
