About the Opportunity
LawFinex LLP invites applications for the position of Law Intern.
Eligibility
- Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognised institution.
- Strong command over English (written and spoken).
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet.
- Keen interest in corporate law, litigation, and allied legal areas.
Nature of Work
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes on various legal issues.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
- Assist in case file preparation.
- Assist in Court proceedings in various Courts and Tribunals.
