About the Opportunity

Saga Legal is looking to hire a Senior Associate in Delhi.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (Masters degree is desirable but not mandatory)
• 4-6 years of experience

Nature of Work

• Legal research and analysis
• Ability to represent clients before Court
• Handle civil, commercial and regulatory litigation matters independently or with minimal supervision
• Appear before Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals (e.g., NCLAT, NCDRC, SAT) and arbitral forums
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, notices and legal opinions with attention to detail
• Assist in trial strategy, research, evidence review and cross-examinations
• Coordinate with clients, senior counsel and internal teams for case management
• Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns
• Track and interpret recent legal developments relevant to ongoing matters
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Ensuring compliance with legal ethics, professional standards and regulatory requirements
