About the Opportunity

Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is looking to expand its team in the areas of ‘Litigation & Arbitration’ and ‘Real Estate’. They invite applications for the following positions:

• Associate | PQE: 0-2 yrs | Litigation & Arbitration
• Associate | PQE: 0-2 yrs | Real Estate

1 for each position.

Eligibility

Litigation and Arbitration Team:

• Upto 2 years of relevant experience in civil/commercial litigation & arbitration before courts & tribunals (NCLT) in/around Mumbai;
• Registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa; and
• Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing proceedings, and handling court/arbitration filings.

Real Estate Team:

• Upto 2 years of experience in conducting title due diligence across India, with knowledge of relevant local laws;
• Proficiency in Marathi & handling property transactions, including interpreting revenue records such as 7/12 extracts & property cards, and drafting sale, lease, and license agreements.
• Strong understanding of RERA, DCR, town planning, and local property development regulations.
