Eligibility

1. 0-2 years of experience / internship in the legal department in IT / manufacturing industry
2. LLB Hons./LLM from a reputed university

Nature of Work

1. Contract Compliance
2. Contracts Review and negotiations for various procurement and customer contracts e.g., Master Services Agreement, Software Licensing Agreements, Implementation Agreement, IT Support Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Teaming Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, Standalone Agreements
3. Contract negotiations for both buyers and suppliers, particularly, for the Sales team
4. Contract Advisory
